Legal / Your information
Privacy policy
A clear account of what our website forms collect, why entries are stored and the choices attached to marketing consent.
Information you provide
When you submit a website form, we store the information shown on that form. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, Australian mobile number, message, consent choices, and information needed to respond to your request.
We also record operational details such as the form name, source page, submission time, form version and a submission identifier so entries can be managed accurately.
How information is used
We use submitted information for the purpose explained on the form, including managing sign-ups, requests, feedback and communications you have agreed to receive.
Email and SMS consent is recorded with the submission. A new form submission must not silently reverse an existing opt-out or create consent that was not given.
Administration and service providers
Authorised administrators can review form entries in the Singo dashboard. Entries may be filtered and exported where needed for legitimate business administration.
Technical providers may process information when they host or operate parts of the website. They should receive only the access needed to provide their service.
Technical and attribution details
To protect the website from automated abuse and understand how it is used, we may record page and form views, clicks, scroll depth, engagement time, form progress and submission outcomes. We do not place names, email addresses, mobile numbers or typed form answers in the interaction event stream.
Interaction records may include a first-party visitor, session and page-view identifier, a daily rotating privacy-preserving hash derived from the network address, browser and device information, coarse country or region information, source page, referring page and campaign parameters. The raw network address is not stored in the website interaction ledger.
A successful form event may include the form key and its generated submission identifier so the interaction journey can later be connected to the stored form entry without copying contact details into analytics.
Authorised administrators may export entries for the purpose explained on the form. Exports are handled as business records and should not be shared beyond people who need them for that purpose.
Retention and security
We take reasonable steps to protect stored form information and restrict administrative access. Information should be retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed for its purpose, record-keeping or legal obligations.
Your choices
You can use the preference link included in an eligible message to change your communication preferences. You may also ask about the personal information connected with a submission using the contact details provided through Singo Pizza Crew's ordering or customer service channels.
Updates
This privacy page may be updated when our forms, providers or practices change. The approved version and effective date should be reviewed before production publication.
